Why You Should Join A Constitutional Militia
27 April 2013 This is a call out to all American Patriots. It is no mystery as to how much America has been degraded, especially over the last 62 years. If your eyes are open, if you are awake, if you have done your research and ignored the lies and cover-ups of the main stream media outlets, you are well aware of where our country is headed. You have noticed how many politicians, past and present, were once or are currently members of the Democratic Socialists of America. You know where this country is headed. You are the "Sleeping Giant" that has awakened. You have studied the steps outlined in "The Communist Manifesto" and know that 42 of the 43 steps required to turn a country to Communism have been achieved here in America. You also realize that the reason the socialists are hell-bent on assaulting the 2nd Amendment at whatever cost now is because that is the last step needed - to disarm the American people so they achieve their final goal: Communism in America. 3 Kinds of Patriots
19 April 2013 I'll tell ya. Sometimes it is absolutely aggravating dealing with "Patriots." Don't get mad, just follow me on this. Most of us realize that this country has gone to hell in a hand-basket, and yet there are still countless people who don't understand the urgency of getting prepared. There are three classes of people right now who are "awake." The first and by far the largest group are the Patriots who know what we are up against but do nothing more than join Facebook groups to talk about it. This includes exchanging news stories that we all have access to and then re-post them over and over. It also includes the posting and re-posting on every page of patriotic pictures with "cool" sayings on them. These "Patriots" are fairly useless in my opinion.
The second group are the Patriots who know we need to do something, but are still in a mind-set that all we need to do is sign petitions, write and call our Representatives and Senators relentlessly, and vote bad politicians out of office in the next election cycle. Although I commend the efforts of these Patriots, and I participate in their efforts, deep down inside I don't believe for a second that in the long run it will make a difference. In my opinion, signing these petitions [which have yet to produce any positive results] immediately put you on a "terrorist watch list." Although some politicians are definitely listening to us when we call and write them over and over again, the politicians who are the REAL problem [the communists] don't care and do not change their minds once they are set against the American people.
The third group are the Militia, those American Patriots who realize there is no time left for talk. We realize that the time is so close to the revolution that we need to organize and train. We need to practice every survival skill necessary to live off of the grid when the SHTF. And it is the Militia units that are going to save the Republic; not the arm-chair warriors who bitch and moan that "something has to be done" or who join the various Militia pages for "information purposes" and then turn around and criticize the leadership. These people will be some of the first to be rounded up and killed because instead of joining the Militia they were content to sit back and just read intel about what the enemy is doing. Agree with me or not, it really doesn't matter to me. I am preparing, I am leading, and I am recruiting. I am gathering intel for my people and the rest of the Militia across the nation. And in the end, many of us will die, but we will prevail. When people look back, decades from now, on this Revolutionary War, they will remember it was the Patriots in the Militia who restored the Republic of the United States of America.

"Why do you open-carry all the time?"
10 April 2013 "Why do you open-carry all the time?" This is a question I get asked now and again. The reason it popped in my head today was because a close friend of mine who is a waitress at a local restaurant and studying to be a constitutional lawyer brought something to my attention the other night. I was sitting with my five year old daughter at the counter eating our dinner when she sat next to me and told me that a gentleman had approached her and asked if I was a police officer. She said I wasn't. This gentleman, an older man and a Vietnam Vet, pointed out that I was carrying a gun and asked her why. My close friend, in her charming and blunt "shoot-from-the-hip" fashion and in her sweet, Southern Belle voice, just replied "He's exercising his Constitutional Right to carry."
In Tennessee I have a Handgun Carry Permit, which allows me to carry open or concealed. I sometimes carry concealed but more often I am carrying right out in the open. The reason I do this is simple: Americans today have been "pussified." So many Americans are so afraid of guns that if you even bring the topic up, they look at you in disbelief, usually rendered speechless. People have been so brain-washed by politicians and the media that when they see firearms in public they get scared shitless. My purpose is simple, and I feel more people who carry should do the same: Open carry if it is legal in your state to do so, because the more folks who start seeing firearms being carried by law-abiding citizens everyday, and not committing crimes, will start changing the minds of those who don't understand the 2nd Amendment and firearms in general. The more they get used to seeing their friends and neighbors carrying firearms, the more they will be comfortable around them. Maybe I am a one man crusader in this, and if I am, so be it. I want to congratulate all of you who have the balls to open carry, and I want to commend my close friend who stood up for me at the restaurant that night, because she "gets it." We need more people on our side, the side of the Constitution, just like her.

3 Important Things to Prepare for Survival Situations
02 April 2013 First, I want to remind everyone out there to stay vigilant. Do not sacrifice your Constitutional values and morals. We must stand united against the enemies of liberty and freedom that are coming for us all. The most important things you can do right now, as time is severely limited, are the following:
1) Prepare: You should be putting together a back-up food, water, medical, and firearms/ammunition supply for your homestead. These are things you will need if you are able to stay in your home when the SHTF. This will also allow you necessary supplies to take with you if you need to abandon your home. Keep in mind that if you need to leave, you should have supplies that are light-weight so you can carry as much as possible in your bug-out bag(s). You should have canned goods, but you should also have items in large supply like ramen noodle packs. The canned goods would be for if you can stay at home. The ramen noodle packs are light-weight and you can carry alot of them and should be saved for if you need to go out in the wild. All that is needed for ramen noodles is boiling water, which you can do on a campfire. You should have bottled water and purification tablets. The purification tablets would be for living off the land when you have no bottled water so you can purify the water you do find in streams and such. You will need to have a good first aid kit or two for basic injuries. All of you should have at least one firearm. If you can stay home, you will need to defend yourself, your family, and your supplies from looters who didn't prepare. If you have to head into the hills, you will need your firearm to not only defend yourself and family from others who may cross your path, but against animal predators. You will need firearms to hunt before your food supply runs out.
2) Plan: Waiting until the last minute isn't going to help you. It is going to get you killed. You need to plan your strategy for survival well before the coming storm. You need to have a plan of defense and survival for your homestead, as well as a plan if you need to leave. You need to know NOW who you can trust, if anybody. That way, you can have a group of people all working together planning, preparing, and surviving. Your odds at survival are increased exponentially in a group of like-minded, trustworthy individuals. Always have an egress plan from any location you may be living in, and that means having more than one exit strategy and route. The reason being, when the SHTF you will not know until it happens which routes will be blocked off or inaccessible. If you are with a group, make sure everybody knows in clear terms what their roles will be. Everybody should have two roles, a primary and a back-up in case someone falls out or worse. That way, someone else can take that person's place and your group doesn't suffer because of it. Everybody should have a clear understanding of the plan and back-up plans. Also, everyone should be practicing survival skills together, even if it is just camping out in a back yard. Learn how to build fires, even in wet conditions. Learn to cook outside without stoves. Have hunters in your group teach you tricks of the trade, as well as how to skin animals, prep them for cooking, and cooking them. Practice identifying plants that can feed you or be used medically, and also learn how to PROPERLY use them for either. Some plants and roots that are safe for eating can kill you if not prepared properly. Practice land navigation and orienteering with nothing but a compass and the sun or moon. Educate yourself on the area you will be surviving in. Know where waterways are located and where they go. Know where caves are located. Know where all of your local National Guard depots are, because you may need materials within if their is chaos and anarchy. You must also plan and educate yourself on how to make your own drinking and bathing water. If you have a local constitutional militia, join them. They will teach you all manner of skills you need to survive, plus you will have additional firepower if the situation calls for it. Most militias will have a "safe haven" for the local community to bug-out to and be defended. You can find so much info on everything you need to know online before the SHTF from the videos done by Pathfinder, David Canterbury, on YouTube. Watch them and learn. Then practice the skills yourself. You need to know now, not try to do these things after the SHTF. If you wait to do the things you learned for the first time after the SHTF, you die.
3) Stay Focused: No matter how bad things get, you need to stay cool, calm, and collected. You cannot lose your cool. Once you leave level-headed thinking behind, you become a detriment to yourself and the rest of your group. Any group really serious about survival in a SHTF situation should immediately weed out anyone showing signs of "losing it." If you let them stay, they will demoralize the group and it will fall apart. Then everyone dies. The last thing you want is to have a well-founded group of people you trust splintering apart and going in different directions because one or two individuals can't cope and are causing drama none of you need. Everybody needs to keep a level head and think clearly in every situation. You will be faced with situations you never imagined, and the ability to think clearly through these instances will get you through them in the best way possible. You will most likely witness atrocities similar or worse to what you have read about in history books, or have seen in third world countries. You need to prepare your heart and mind for such things and realize it is your job to protect yourself and your loved ones from them no matter what the cost.

31 March 2013 I always thought it was odd that Dean Garrison always seemed to be more concerned about how many fans he has on various pages. This came to a head when he formed Patriot Groups 0-9 on Facebook, each number representing a group of states. Here is what is written on his Facebook page, "Patriot Promoters," a page that was for the admins only of the various Patriot Group pages. This is when everyone found out what his real agenda is, and it isn't supporting Freedom and Liberty. His purpose is to make a quick buck off of OUR patriotism. This is on the "About" section of "Patriot Promoters":
Patriot Promoters is a group exclusively for those who will be building Patriot Team groups aggressively. This group is for those who have time to learn basics and also for those who are willing to share secrets of internet promotion. Bloggers and site owners are encouraged to join and people with little to no marketing experience are encouraged to join as well. This is the group that will be the cyber warriors, the grinders, and the backbone of The Patriot Team movement. If you can't give us at least 4 hours a day of internet promotion, at least 5 days a week, then please don't make a commitment. This movement is too important and we must have people who are willing to push hard. The payoff is obvious. Not only will you be helping your country in the short term, but you will be helping yourself to learn skills that can make you an extra income or extreme income if you so desire. No spam please. Discussion is encouraged but this group is solely about how we can build the Patriot Teams. The skills you learn will be OK to use elsewhere, but we don't want you promoting your widgets in this group. Make sure it's related. And if you post advertising sources be prepared for an honest assessment of those sources. Reliable Communications for SHTF Situations
28 March 2013 After talking to a friend last night, he clued me into the only communications that will work without being shut down or being monitored by the government should the SHTF. There is a company called iCom which puts out quality digital 2-way radio systems using D-STAR. These can communicate through Peer-to-Peer, repeaters, or through the internet. Many of the cooler features are internet-reliant, but the radios can access through any internet gateway, including gateways set up privately with repeaters. This seems to be the most reliable communications I have come across thus far, and is being embraced by HAM radio operators as well.

Tennessee Freedom Fighters
25 March 2013 Folks in the Middle Tennessee area, I was asked to be the Recruiter and Organizer of a militia for this area a couple days back and I accepted. We are part of a growing number of militias in each state that have a command structure and are establishing a means to work together. Our first objective is to secure our families, our second is to defend them and fight when we have to in order to defend the Constitution and the Republic. The Signs of Revolution In America
22 March 2013 I decided to go around and look across the internet for other sources of news regarding the things happening in this country that are leading us to the next Revolutionary War. I found some interesting things. One of my questions, with all the unconstitutional things that are happening, and the fact that we have our first black President, "Why haven't we heard of any assassination plots, especially with the Neo-Nazi's, Skinheads, and other fascist groups that preach hatred to anyone non-white?" It seems that at least one group actually did plan an assassination attempt, yet I don't recall it ever being brought to light by any main stream news outlet, but apparently CNN also did a story on it. Also, I came across a video of hundreds of tanks in woodland camo being taken by train to California. The official response was they were from Fort Bliss in Texas going to Fort Irwin in California for a training exercise. Now, I find that suspect being this is supposedly the second such train going to California, the first may have had the Bradley Fighting Vehicles that are now being decommissioned, or at least not being used in the military anymore.

Something else I didn't know was the roving vans various agencies now use that have x-ray equipment installed, so powerful it can scan your vehicle as it passes it and see everything within. This is reported by FOX News and shows the TSA using this technology on the streets. I guess they are allowed to radiate people without consent now as well. Here is a video:

On 16 August 2012, CNS News.com reported on the Social Security Administration purchasing 174,000 hollow point rounds in .357 caliber. Why does the SSA need ammo at all? Why do they need one of the most powerful handgun calibers out there? Is it because they know that through the government raping the SSI funds for decades that there will be civil unrest when SSI benefits are stopped from being paid because the funds are no longer there?

Infowars.com reported that the National Weather Service also put in a huge order for .40 caliber jacketed hollow points. It just gets weirder and weirder. Eventually, the NWS responded that the rounds were not purchased for them, but for the NOAA Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement. Even if true, it isn't any less scary. What do game wardens need with hollow points? And I don't buy the "training purposes" line this entire Administration keeps laying out. The official response was they were from Fort Bliss in Texas going to Fort Irwin in California for a training exercise. Now, I find that suspect being this is supposedly the second such train going to California, the first may have had the Bradley Fighting Vehicles that are now being decommissioned, or at least not being used in the military anymore.

On 16 August 2012, CNS News.com reported on the Social Security Administration purchasing 174,000 hollow point rounds in .357 caliber. Why does the SSA need ammo at all? Why do they need one of the most powerful handgun calibers out there? Is it because they know that through the government raping the SSI funds for decades that there will be civil unrest when SSI benefits are stopped from being paid because the funds are no longer there?

Ramblings of a Patriot
21 March 2013 It's been a little while since I last posted. Have been sick 3 times in 2 months, and I don't get sick often. A lot of things happening in my personal life as well as in the country and I have been pre-occupied. With that being said, I reckon now is as good a time as any to rant and get some things off of my chest.
There is a "movement" called "Global Mutiny" at http://globalmutiny.blogspot.com/. Supposedly, the movement will descend on Washington, D.C. on 20 April 2013 with a list of demands for the President and his Administration, as well as members of Congress, to step down peaceably. They will only pursue this if they have at least 500,000 people in attendance. Then, if their demands are not met by 1200 hours on 21 April 2013, they will proceed to take all of the Federal buildings in the area. I find this comical because they are doing this unarmed. Also, it is such short notice, they will never get the amount of bodies they need to have a chance in hell of doing this. Plus, Congress doesn't convene on the weekends so their demands will fall on deaf ears. The organizer has a very intricate plan on his website on preparing for just about everything the police will throw at them, but it took me close to two hours to read the whole plan! It is too complex for everyone to remember, and many people will be needlessly hurt because one man will not be able to control such a vast number of people. There are bound to be folks who decide to do their own thing and cause needless conflict with the police. So, my bottom line is I feel that getting that many people together with a complex plan not everyone will remember or abide by, unarmed on top of it all, is a losing proposal. I do believe we must exhaust all peaceful measures before revolution, but if you get an enormous number of people together you need a simple plan and you need a commander of sorts for every certain number of people to keep everyone on the same page. My personal opinion, with this administration, we will soon find out that a peaceful solution is unavailable and we will inevitably have to take up arms against those in government who are ignoring the Constitution in order to further their own agendas.
Speaking of agendas, I am so tired of politicians on Capitol Hill saying the following phrase when addressing a Senator or Representative or the President: "I believe that the Senator/Representative/President/Vice President truly has our best interests at heart but..." This was being said to Senator Feinstein many times during her attack on our 2nd Amendment and God-given right to own firearms. I am sorry, but I know two things about people like Senator Feinstein: 1) They are extremely smart, not stupid. They have the same statistics on any issue that we all do, but they ignore them and use vague and questionable statistics on purpose. Why? Because, 2) They have an agenda that goes against our Republic, against our Constitution, against all that used to be held sacred, decent, and good in American society. They are communists, PERIOD, and their plan for a new America is so close they can taste it. They aren't stupid, they know exactly what they are doing and they know they have enough uninformed idiots in this country that will believe anything they say and will continue to vote for them blindly. Just as an example, if Senator Feinstein truly had our best interests at heart, she would not be circumventing the Constitution every chance she got. If she truly believed that banning firearms was the best thing for WE THE PEOPLE, she would be fighting for it tooth and nail CONSTANTLY, not just when the opportunity to take advantage of a crisis like Newtown, CT opened the door to possibly pass it easily. She and others like her are liars, that is why they are called politicians.

To me it means someone who has made a career out of lying, cheating the system, abusing their powers, and brain-washing their constituents through fear and class warfare. I don't want any more politicians running this country. I want my Republic back and I want it run by Statesmen. Statesmen are men and women who feel it is an honor to serve this Republic, abide by the Constitution in ALL of their decisions, represent "We the People" honestly, and keep each other in check. Statesmen would also allow the people to vote on whether they deserve a pay raise and by how much. They would be content with serving under term limits, and then going back to their normal jobs when they are done. They would never think of passing laws that do not apply to both the People and them, and they would not expect to get ridiculous retirement packages and medical benefits just because they served the People. I want Statesmen again, those Americans who are true Patriots and actually know all of our founding documents forwards and backwards. Statesmen who read bills before voting on them, and only entertain bills that are ONE TOPIC, not a topic with a bunch of amendments attached to it that have nothing to do with the main text of the bill. Statesmen that will have the balls to dismantle unconstitutional agencies such as the Federal Reserve, and will close any programs or departments which are proven inefficient or we have no funding for at the time, meaning entitlement programs mostly. Statesmen that uphold their oath to our Republic, our Constitution, morality, and family values again.
Family values... amazing that I grew up with them and saw them stripped away so quickly when "political correctness" reared its ugly head in the '80s. Folks don't seam to realize that once political correctness took hold the family values that so many generations of Americans grew up with started to be stripped away. You saw it first on television. Very rarely did you see shows anymore that taught you personal responsibility, faith in God and family, and respect for your fellow Americans. I grew up watching such shows like "Leave It to Beaver," "The Andy Griffith Show," "Bonanza," and so many others. Shows that could be funny but in a clean and wholesome way. Shows that didn't need a rating because any age could watch them and get something good from them. The last shows I can remember like this before todays rash of crap were "7th Heaven" and "Highway to Heaven." All of the shows from the mid-80's on are dysfunctional on so many levels. Every family sitcom is dysfunctional, and we laugh. I can't think of one show on TV that is made for the entire family to sit down and watch and gain hope from, or respect, or love. Look at some of the movies for "children" these days. Although for the most part they are for the age group they were rated for they all seem to have a few instances of adult humor slipped into them. The America I grew up in is gone; we have become complacent and lost our morality.

Because the police are a union, and organization called the Fraternal Order of Police, and they are expected to support the party that is considered union-friendly: the Democratic party. Whenever gun control is being pushed by the Democrats, the FOP representatives and some token-officers are always standing around the politician at his or her press conference. Not all police are bad, but I feel an over-whelming number of them wouldn't think twice, once the shit hits the fan, to take away your rights and beat your head in on camera. Look at the lawless way the police in California acted in pursuit of Christopher Dorner. They were shooting up vehicles that weren't the right make, model, or color of Dorner's, and they were shooting people in those vehicles without positively identifying them. They are trigger-happy vigilantes who believe they are above the laws they enforce. It brings to mind the line said to Deckard, in Blade Runner, by his Captain: "You know the score! If you ain't cop you're little people!" I believe that to be the mentality of the FOP for the most part.
However, I do trust law enforcement. And the law enforcement I trust are the Sheriffs. Sheriff Departments are the highest law enforcement authority in their counties, and they seem to over-whelmingly believe in the rights guaranteed us by God and the Constitution. So much so that they are willing to bear arms with us against the Federal government should it try to come into their counties and enforce unconstitutional laws. It wasn't until I moved down south that I realized just how important the Sheriff was, and why in local elections the Sheriff is the most talked about position. It is considered so very important in the south because they believe in the Constitution. Does that mean they can't be corrupted? Not at all, but most of the deputies and sheriffs I have met are good people and just want to do right by the people they protect. There is a big difference between the Sheriff Department and the FOP.
I am a terrorist. It must be true because the Southern Poverty Law Center says I am. Why? Because I believe in the Constitution, I believe in God, I believe our country is supposed to be a Republic and am fighting to restore it, I educate myself on the candidates that believe in the Constitution, I question the government when it assaults our rights, I dare question the policies of the President when they conflict with the powers granted him by the Constitution, I attend rallies and congressional hearings, I believe in family values, small government, freedom and liberty, and I own firearms and exercise my right to carry them every day. According to the powers in Washington, D.C. and everyone on the Left, that makes me a terrorist. Disagreeing with anything the Democrats say makes you a terrorist, and lately it seems to make you a terrorist if you disagree with the RINO's, which are most of the "Old Guard" of the Republican party.
Chemtrails... This has been annoying the hell out of me lately as some folks on the D.C. Clothesline threads are trying to hijack our conversation about what changes we need to make to the government to bring it back to a Constitutional Republic. Folks keep coming out with this ridiculous theory that chemtrails are the act of the government poisoning us, destroying the soil and environment, and bran-washing us. Chemtrails have been proven over and over again. The "smoke" you see coming off high-flying jets traveling at high speeds and high altitudes where the air is colder and thinner are merely the result of condensation coming off the wing-tips. I am so sick of these chemtrail conspiracy theorists. Even if they were right about chemtrails, it is a ridiculously insignificant issue when putting together a list of impeachable and treasonous offences perpetrated by this and previous administrations. For fuck's sake... Should we throw in "We never really landed on the moon" conspiracy theory in there too? Please...
What is really driving me nuts at this moment is the fact that I feel we really need to all get active in the unorganized state militias, which are guaranteed by the Constitution for our common defense, and yet I am finding it hard to find one. I can locate a bunch on Facebook, but they aren't true militias. They are just message forums. I don't want to be on my own if it comes time to defend my family. I need those people with Constitutional values whom I can trust. The militias that will be under the direction of the governor of our state when things go bad. And yet, even after speaking with one from a neighboring state that is supposed to link me up with one in my area, here I am, a month later, and no contact from my local militia. It is aggravating to say the least, especially when the economy is about to collapse and chaos will ensue.
The financial collapse of the U.S. dollar is predicted to happen as early as this summer. Some financial analysts have said the dollar may plummet in value by 97% and gas prices will go up to $9/gallon. With that, of course everything else goes up, and mass civil unrest and rioting will occur. I have no doubt at all that this will happen this year, and the Administration knows it. That is why the Department of Homeland Security is gearing up. Didn't know about this? DHS has been training with law enforcement and military in major cities around America to quell civil unrest. They have been using the works, buzzing in with troops in Blackhawks and Little Birds. Doing practice strafing runs in our city street with blanks. DHS has purchased almost 2 billion rounds of ammunition of various calibers for "training purposes." I might have believed that if 450 million rounds of hollow point ammunition wasn't part of the purchase. 15 March 2013 "Assault Weapons" were already banned back in 1986. Senator Rand Paul fights to get a simple "Yes" or "No" answer from the Administration and the following day on the Senate floor, Senators Graham and McCain insult him and call his actions and question "offensive." No, Senators [I use that term loosely], I find YOUR LACK OF ACTION OFFENSIVE!!! North Korea Threatens U.S. With Nuclear Strike
07 March 2013 Well, imagine that. Not that I like getting news from the mainstream, this is one of those situations where I can believe it. North Korea says that they will launch a pre-emptive nuclear strike on the U.S., as it is their right to do so. Amazing... I wonder if Kerry just appropriates a few hundred million dollars in military equipment and nuclear technology to the North Koreans, maybe they will love America again. Oh wait... They never loved America.

UPDATE: Senator Stevens [TN] Lied
07 March 2013 Well, well, well. Now I understand why Senator Stevens has not answered my e-mail over his vote on SB 0250 as of yet. Because he flat-out lied during the Judiciary Committee Hearing over the Senate version of the bill when he said that 5 out of 6 sheriffs in his districts told him they didn't support it. He lied then and he lied on his Facebook page. Sad, Senator Stevens. Very sad. As I promised, if you don't change your tune, I will do all I can to make sure you do not get elected next time around! Should We Bring Conservative Personalities To Our Cause?
06 March 2013 I've been noticing alot of people making lists of political-news celebrities that we should bring on-board to our cause. People like Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coulter, and Michael Savage to name a few. These are all personalities I used to listen to over the years, starting with Rush when I would visit my grandfather for lunch years ago. Many people are of the opinion for our movement to take out this corrupt government we need personalities such as the ones I listed and have even insisted some of them be put into positions of power. I'm sorry, but I disagree.
First, you have to understand, these folks make money attacking the Left. They make money through appearances and the books they write. Although much of the information they write and speak about is spot-on, every one of them is nothing but a tool of the Republican Party. I refuse to fight for our Constitutional Republic, throw out the vast majority of politicians from both parties that are the problem, and then put into positions these personalities that are a voice for the Republican Party, those personalities who haven't done a thing except help hijack the Tea Party, those men and women who are also guilty of letting certain stories get buried when they should have been shouting them from the mountain-tops.
Don't get me wrong: I would side myself with Conservatives, having been one, before siding with Liberals, but I am a Constitutionalist. And as a Constitutionalist I cannot support ANYONE who represents a party against the Constitution [like Democrats] or a party that is willing to bend over backwards to sacrifice their principles to satisfy the Democrats. Remember this: Although Thomas Jefferson was the first Democratic Republican, the Republican Party didn't truly come into it's own until the first Republican President: Abraham Lincoln. Many people say how great Lincoln was, and in some ways he was. But because of President Lincoln, the first major assault on the Constitution was launched. The Civil War was not a war about slavery. Anyone with half a brain-cell and time can research why it was really fought. The Civil War [or War of Northern Aggression] was fought over State's Rights. It was fought because the Federal Government wanted to tell the States what they could and could not do. And it started with the Republican Party.
Personally, I don't call it the "Civil War" anymore. I call it the "Second Revolutionary War," and unfortunately the Confederacy, who were in the right and who freed their slaves well before the North did, lost the war. And as we enter into the "Third Revolutionary War" in 2013, I don't believe we need to stain our spirits or our cause by embracing into our fold personalities that are only about one thing: the Republican Party.
So, put simply, I do not believe it wise to embrace those Conservative radio and TV hosts in our movement. They share the guilt for ignoring things their beloved Republican Party has done and put a spin on it, just as the other side does. They are as guilty for the crimes against the Constitution as are the politicians on both sides of the aisle whom have shredded it a little more year after year. They can never be trusted in my book.

My Letter to Senator Stevens Over SB 0250
03 March 2013 Below is a copy of the E-Mail I just sent to Senator Stevens in Tennessee. Hopefully I, with the help of other Patriots being respectful, can change his mind on this issue so he will vote "YES" on SB 0250 next time around.
The thing that rings in my ears above all else is your testimony that law enforcement in your districts are not keen on having to arrest a federal agent or agents that may decide to enforce an unconstitutional gun ban and restriction that will either be forced through Congress or done through Executive Order because SB 0250, if passed, would make it null and void in the state of Tennessee. You mentioned that law enforcement also doesn't want to have to get in a shoot-out and possibly kill someone they work with every day. First, I would remind you that I highly doubt that law enforcement officers and agents, who should be the most law-abiding of citizens and very professional, would ever let tempers flare to the point of shooting each other. I just don't see that in the realm of possibility. Senator Mae Beavers said that the amendment that was passed reducing it to a Class A Misdemeanor that would allow Tennessee law enforcement to just issue a citation should have taken that scenario out of the equation. Also, as you stated, or Senator Kelsey [can't remember], if the bill was passed into law here, a federal agent would automatically have the case heard in Federal court not Tennessee court. To that I would say that is fine. The point is that a Tennesseean that the federal agent was trying to apprehend for not abiding by an unconstitutional federal law [according to Tennessee] would have been protected and not had his/her 2nd Amendment rights infringed upon regardless of the outcome of the Federal ruling, and the Tennessee Sheriff or other local or state law enforcement that issued the citation or attempted arrest would also be protected because he/she serves the State of Tennessee. I am glad, and I truly believe, that you agree with the spirit of this bill. I also believe that should the Obama Administration or Congress actually pass this gun ban, and Tennessee passes a law to nullify said gun ban within our borders, that there really would be no attempt to try to enforce it in Tennessee, especially with so many other states about to pass similar laws as the one outlined in SB 0250. To try and enforce the federal law in a state that does not recognize it within its borders would do nothing but tie up Federal resources, money, and time in the courts.
3 weeks ago, there were 5 firearms companies that publicly stated that they were boycotting NY government and law enforcement, refusing to sell to them as long as their strict gun ban that affected citizens was in effect. A week later that number jumped to 45 companies, then 60 companies. As of right now, there are over 80 companies doing so, each of which has written a letter stating as much to Governor Cuomo. In Colorado, Magpul, a home-grown company who's bulk of business is AR-15 30-round magazines, has already put into motion the steps necessary to move out of state should the Colorado Legislature pass a restrictive firearms bill into law. They have made it public record on Facebook and other social outlets because the majority of their sales are to civilians. They mean to do it, taking an $85 million a year business out of Colorado. Remember, we have a very prominent firearms manufacturer right here in Murfreesboro, TN: Barrett Firearms. The thing I love about Barrett is that they truly support every aspect of the Constitution. Ronnie Barrett has stated many times that we are all equal as American citizens under the 2nd Amendment, regardless of whether you are a civilian, law enforcement, government agent, or military. When California passed a gun ban on any .50 caliber firearm, Ronnie Barrett made two decisions: First, he told California that he refused to provide service for and to sell any of his firearms to the State of California, its agencies, and its law enforcement as long as the ban was in effect. Secondly, he designed a .416 caliber rifle that looked and performed almost as well as his M82A1 .50 caliber rifle so that it could be legally sold and owned in the State of California to civilians. How would Tennesseeans feel if Ronnie Barrett decided to do this here, or decided to move out of state? God knows he has the money to do it without missing a beat.
I agree with the fact that this bill is in a way symbolic. But it symbolizes something very important. It symbolizes that the State of Tennessee is one of many states that has finally had enough of unconstitutional federal laws that have been trickling down for the past 60 years or so. It symbolizes that the State of Tennessee truly cares about Tennesseeans and their God-given Constitutional rights. It symbolizes that Tennessee truly believes in "States" rights, as was promised us by our Founding Fathers. It symbolizes that Tennessee is truly a leader in this great Republic, not afraid to make a stand when a stand has to be made, and it has to be made now more than ever. It symbolizes the true spirit of our great state's motto: "American at it's best!"
I am 42 years old and grew up in NJ. I saw NJ change first, change into something opposite of the state I loved as a child. I saw family values disappear, new government agencies taking more control of our lives, Rutgers University banning the display of American flags in dorm rooms, very restrictive gun laws getting more restrictive, all to the point where Jerseyans refer to the state as the "Socialist State of New Jersey." Before I left, many of us wondered when they were going to be honest with us all and just move the capitol from Trenton to Berlin and rename the state "New Germany." I came here to work the nukes and the first day I arrived I fell in love. I always say that Tennessee is the most beautiful state I have ever been to and I have more freedom here than I have ever had anywhere. To me, Tennessee is truly "God's Country" and is the epitome of what Freedom and Liberty is all about. I loved looking into the history of the "Volunteer State" and finding that when the Texans needed help at the Alamo, one of the first reinforcements they received was Crockett and his "Volunteers." They went there not because they had to, but because they believed in Independence and Liberty, and most of all, Freedom from Oppression. They were hell-bent on saving Texas from the Mexican Oppressors. Although they all died, their sacrifice is always remembered. I am sure if they had a second chance at life, knowing the outcome of the Alamo, they would go right back there and fight again knowing full well they would die. Because they died for what they believed in, even more than the other folks Texas called for reinforcements who decided not to send any.
My grandpa was a big influence in my life before he passed on. He instilled in me two things that stay with me to this day. First, "Stand up for what you know is right, even if nobody stands with you." Secondly, "A man's word defines the man." Senator Stevens, I am asking you to stand with us and help get SB 0250 passed. I know that in your position as a government official there are other factors you have to take in to consideration. One of them being the Federal government trying to force Tennessee into submission with funding cuts. But I ask you this: Would you rather stand with us, doing the right thing for Tennesseeans, being remembered for your strong, courageous stance with unwavering vigilance, a stance that will earn you the hearts of Tennesseans everywhere and guarantee your re-election into whatever office you seek, or fold to the whims of a Federal government gone awry and be despised because you didn't act when you had the chance?

Law enforcement enforces the law, yes, but they did not take an oath to the law. They took an oath to uphold, preserve, and protect the Constitution. We were guaranteed by our Founding Fathers that we are to be as well-armed as the military of the day, as citizens who can defend our Republic from all enemies, both foreign and domestic, and allow us the ability to defend ourselves against a government that has become too powerful if we were driven to do so. The Constitution also states that any law that is passed must pertain to EVERYBODY. Making laws, such as the weapons ban Feinstein is hell-bent on passing into law, that affect the "civilians" but not government agents or law enforcement is completely unconstitutional. Just like they did with ObamaCare. It was unconstitutional how they made it a law, it is unconstitutional because it is taxation without representation, plus members of Congress are exempt to it. Anyway, I could go on and on but I don't believe you are blind to the many unconstitutional laws that have been passed over the decades.
Senator Stevens, you are one of our bastions of hope here in Tennessee. We need this bill passed into law. You have the same access, if not more, to the statistics over the years from the FBI and Department of Justice that shows beyond a shadow of a doubt that the areas of the country with the least gun restrictions have lower crime rates than in areas where gun control is strictest. New Jersey, as an example, requires you to get a Federal Firearms Identification card before you can buy ammo or firearms. In fact, you cannot even handle a firearm in a gun store until your FFID is on the counter. To purchase a handgun, you must apply for a purchasing permit every time you want to buy a handgun. These usually take 6 months to get, however it is faster ever since Obama first got into office because of the sheer numbers of citizens scrambling to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights there. And you can only buy one handgun a month. No rhyme or reason to it because gun control has not worked in NJ. It only hurt the law-abiding gun owners. Criminals still got whatever firearms they wanted and during the original "Assault Weapons Ban" Camden, NJ ranked as the worst city in the world for many years for violent crime. In New Jersey, if you are not law enforcement, you cannot get a Carry Permit either.
I know I am rambling on, and I believe I have said enough to get you to re-think your stance on this bill. Please reconsider and vote "YES" on SB 0250. It is important to Tennesseeans and it is important to America. Let's be the first state to declare to the Republic of the United States of America "Tennesseeans stand together with the Constitution." Show the Nation that Tennessee truly is "America at it's best!"

I understand that SB 0250 is more of a Constitution issue that just a 2nd Amendment issue, but really they go hand-in-hand. In fact, you cannot even handle a firearm in a gun store until your FFID is on the counter. To purchase a handgun, you must apply for a purchasing permit every time you want to buy a handgun. These usually take 6 months to get, however it is faster ever since Obama first got into office because of the sheer numbers of citizens scrambling to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights there. And you can only buy one handgun a month. No rhyme or reason to it because gun control has not worked in NJ. It only hurt the law-abiding gun owners. Criminals still got whatever firearms they wanted and during the original "Assault Weapons Ban" Camden, NJ ranked as the worst city in the world for many years for violent crime. In New Jersey, if you are not law enforcement, you cannot get a Carry Permit either.
I know I am rambling on, and I believe I have said enough to get you to re-think your stance on this bill. Please reconsider and vote "YES" on SB 0250. It is important to Tennesseeans and it is important to America. Let's be the first state to declare to the Republic of the United States of America "Tennesseeans stand together with the Constitution." Show the Nation that Tennessee truly is "America at it's best!"

Feinstein Gun Ban Bill S 54
02 March 2013 I decided to take a look at the "Assault Weapons Ban" Bill and there are many firearms besides the scary semi-automatic rifles that will be banned. Below is some select text I found interesting in the bill.
All semiautomatic pistols that can accept a detachable magazine and have at least one military feature: threaded barrel; second pistol grip; barrel shroud; capacity to accept a detachable magazine at some location outside of the pistol grip; or semiautomatic version of an automatic firearm.
All semiautomatic rifles and handguns that have a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds.
All semiautomatic shotguns that have a folding, telescoping, or detachable stock; pistol grip; fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 5 rounds; ability to accept a detachable magazine; forward grip; grenade launcher or rocket launcher; or shotgun with a revolving cylinder.
Now, under the semi-automatic pistols section, every one of this class of pistols has a detachable magazine. Under this for example, every handgun that is based on an automatic pistol but is semi-automatic will be illegal and impossible to purchase.
Under the semi-automatic rifles and handguns section, I am clueless as to what is a "fixed magazine." Aren't all magazines detachable?
Under semi-automatic shotguns, you are telling me that you can't have one with a detachable stock even if it is a standard-type stock that is installed on it? And I can't say I ever heard of a shotgun with a grenade or rocket launcher on it. Sounds like one bad-ass weapon I'd like to own! And then she says it will be illegal to have a shotgun, semi-automatic, with a revolving cylinder? Guess what? I bet that would include the rifle Taurus makes with the revolving cylinder that takes .45 Long Colt & .410 shotgun shells. And the Taurus revolvers that accept the same, because you are firing shotgun shells and being it is one shot per pull of the trigger, technically it is semi-automatic under her definition.
My point: Watch out folks, the road is going to get a whole lot bumpier because she will get this either passed through Congress, and if that doesn't work for her, Obama will issue another unconstitutional Executive Order, and that is when the Revolution will begin.

Senator Brian Kelsey - TN Voting Record
01 March 2013 I am at a loss for words on this Tennessee Senator. He is the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee and voted against SB 0205. So, I pull up his voting record. I was surprised. He voted for every bill that strengthened our 2nd Amendment rights in Tennessee. The thing that makes no sense is that if he doesn't vote "YES" the next time the bill goes through committee it will die. And if the Federal government pushes through the gun ban law, it opens doors to lay out more federal laws that could nullify the 2nd Amendment bills he voted "YES" for. Below is his voting record.

The Judicial Committee Hearing Video on SB 0250
01 March 2013 Below is the link to the full video of the committee hearing in Nashville, TN over Senate Bill 0250, which would make any Federal law restricting firearms null and void in Tennessee, and make it a Class B Felony to any federal agent who tries to enforce an unconstitutional weapons ban/restriction federal law in our state. Chairman Kelsey was quite comfortable with saying half-truths and twisting the words of our Founding Fathers, and Senator Stevens' argument that law enforcement in his districts were concerned about having to arrest friends and neighbors they work with every day. This argument is ridiculous, because that's what law enforcement does every day! Arrest people in their communities! The whole point of this bill was not to have an excuse to arrest federal agents, as was proven when Senator Mae Beavers [sponsor] amended it before the vote ]an amendment that passed] to take the penalty from a Class B Felony to a Class A Misdemeanor [which allowed police to only issue a citation], but to keep Tennesseeans legal with any firearm they chose to possess or buy, provided they were manufactured in Tennessee, so that Tennesseeans could not be prosecuted by the Federal government! I was at this hearing and was amazed at the knowledge of "Huldah" and her demeanor. I thought we had it in the bag. But the bill is still alive and we need to really get on those who voted "No" to get them to vote "Yes" next time around. But we need to do it politely. Don't send nasty e-mails or make nasty phone calls. We need to convince the nay-sayers by being intelligent and polite with our beliefs in the Constitution.

Tennessee SB 0250 4 - 4 Vote
27 February 2013 The Chairman and Senator Stevens are our biggest enemies to this bill. They did alot of dancing around the Constitution today. I was there and Senator Campfield especially was fighting for it hard. We need Tennesseeans to keep writing to all of them and calling them in support of SB 0250. Senator Ford was absent. Senator Stevens has a problem with Sheriffs having to arrest federal agents. Well, why would federal agents come into a state to enforce a federal law that Tennessee doesn't recognize? They'd have to bring an army.

SB 0250/HB 0248 Hearing in Nashville TOMORROW
26 February 2013 On Wednesday, 27 February 2013, at 11am, the Legislature in Nashville will be hearing SB 0250 and HB 0248, two companion bills to amend the Tennessee Firearms Act [2009]. WE NEED TO SHOW UP IN OVER-WHELMING NUMBERS AND SUPPORT THESE BILLS!!! We have been picking up momentum all over the country, and especially in our beloved state of Tennessee and we cannot falter now. We cannot give the anti-gun crowd an inch! Everyone, please show up in Nashville tomorrow so we can crowd into the building in support of these two fantastic bills! The bill reads:
“The general assembly declares that any federal action prohibited by this chapter relating to firearms, firearms accessories or ammunition, whether made in Tennessee or not, is not authorized by the United States constitution and violates the restrictions contained therein and is hereby declared to be invalid in this state; that said federal action shall not be recognized by this state; and that said federal action is rejected by this state and shall be null and void and of no effect in this state.”
The bill, if enacted into law, will make it illegal for the Federal Government and its agents to come into Tennessee and attempt to enforce any unconstitutional gun control laws, gun registration, and gun confiscation. Any Fed who comes into Tennessee and attempts to do any of the above will be arrested and charged with a Class B Felony! Tennesseans, don't let your state Representatives down! Show up in over-whelming support!

Red Skelton's Pledge of Allegiance
26 February 2013 I met Red Skelton when I was in high school in NJ. I was working at a camera store that he happened to come into one day. I was the only one who spoke up and asked, "Excuse me, but I have to say, you look like Red Skelton." He smiled and said "That's good, lad. Because I am Red Skelton!" He was a pleasure to talk to and stayed long enough for customers to get pictures with him. I didn't need a photo with him, because his smile and a handshake was enough of a memory to last a lifetime. I told him that I still had a record I got when I was like 5 years old. I told him it was on a square piece of white cardboard and the record imprinted on it was blue, and had red lettering. I had forgotten at that time what was on the record and didn't remember until he said, through tear-filled eyes, "The Pledge of Allegiance." The man was choked up that in 1987, someone still had that record. Watch this video done by one of the greatest entertainers and Americans ever to grace this earth. Towards the end, you will be amazed at how what he says to imagine has actually happened. I only Thank God that he was no longer here on Earth to see how his beloved Republic has fallen.

Welcome, American Patriots!
I started this blog because our Nation is on a knife's edge right now, tipping into Tyranny. I will not allow this to happen; I will not allow the "Progressives" [just a nicer way to say "Communists"] in our government continue to assault and ignore our Constitution. I will stand with my fellow Brother and Sister Patriots and try to regain our Constitutional Republic peacefully, but if that does not work I will stand in arms against a tyrannical government. This blog will have my writings and observations on a variety of topics regarding the Constitution, our Founding Fathers, and the assaults against the Constitution over many, many decades of the "Two-Party System." I hope I can inspire you to take a stand, and count on you if the shit hits the fan. You will find I am passionate and I am blunt. I do not practice "Political Correctness." I call it as I see it, I shoot from the hip, and I don't pull punches. If you are offended, then have the respect and courtesy to leave.
